Jan Machuletz is a serial entrepreneur with a strong focus on telecommunications, real estate, and infrastructure. In 2003, he founded ABM Communication e. K. in Weinheim as a service provider for Kabel BW. By 2010, the company had grown to over 90 employees and was restructured as ABM Communication GmbH. In 2016, 51 % of the company was sold to the Luxembourg-based telecommunications group Solutions 30 SE. Under his leadership, the German branch expanded to over 500 employees and generated annual revenues of around € 60 million.
In parallel, Jan Machuletz founded Atalanta GmbH in 2013, which has since evolved into the Atalanta Group – a rapidly growing real estate holding specializing in industrial and light-industrial properties. Today, the group is also highly active in data center development and infrastructure projects across Europe.
As CEO of the Atalanta Group, Jan Machuletz now focuses on real estate development, long-term asset growth, and large-scale infrastructure ventures. He is also a shareholder in Styx AG and an active investor in various European startups, supporting their growth and scalability.
