Founding of ABM Communication e.K. in Weinheim by Jan Machuletz – a one-man operation focused on telecom infrastructure services for Kabel BW.

First investments in real estate in the greater Frankfurt area. Initial entry into the light industrial sector.

Transformation of ABM Communication e.K. into ABM Communication GmbH. Further investments in light industrial properties and hotel assets.

Acquisition of Villa Hübsch in Weinheim – now the headquarters of the Atalanta Group – including high-standard, heritage-compliant renovation.

Founding of Atalanta GmbH as the holding company for ABM Communication GmbH, which employed around 90 people at the time.

Strong expansion of Atalanta GmbH, with new light industrial acquisitions throughout Germany and strategic portfolio building.

Partial sale of ABM Communication GmbH (then with 180 employees) to Luxembourg-based Solutions 30 SE.

Establishment of Atalanta Operativ GmbH as the central management unit of the group. abm.communication grows to over 500 employees. Continued investment in German real estate.

Internationalization of the real estate portfolio with the first investments in Portugal.

Further portfolio growth with new assets in Switzerland. Acquisition of multiple industrial properties in the Düsseldorf region and launch of one of the largest infrastructure projects in Mannheim.

Final sale of remaining shares in ABM Communication GmbH to Solutions 30 SE – marking the end of a major entrepreneurial phase.

Atalanta Group becomes a fully digital company and a pioneer in digital real estate and infrastructure operations.
